What is the Entity?

Urban Conservation Entity (EUC)

We are an Urban Conservation Entity (EUC) incorporated with the name "Urban Conservation Entity of the Urbanisation La Peraleja Golf"

The EUC is subject to the Plot Development Plan La Peraleja in Sucina (Sector ZU-SF-Sn5)

The EUC has its own legal status and is registered in the General Registry of Participating Entities belonging to the Town Council of Murcia.

The EUC is governed by its own Articles of Association, the Land Laws of the Region of Murcia and by the Rules of Urban Planning Management

Who manages the Entity?

A Governing Board lead the EUC and the day to day operations are handled by a Management Team. Outlined below are the roles and responsibilities within the Governing Board and Management Team.

President

The President acts as the legal representative of the Entity and is responsible for ensuring the Articles of Association of the Entity are properly executed and enforced. He presides at the General Meeting and meetings of the Governing Board. His tenure lasts 4 years.

Vice President

The Vice President is responsible to assist the President in all his functions and to deputise as legal representative as and when required.

Secretary

The secretary is responsible for ensuring the Governing Board act in accordance with the Articles of Association and that all records and documentation of the Entity are properly managed. He oversees communication on behalf of the Entity.

Vocal Board Member

The Vocal Board Members are responsible for representing the voice of the Owners in the Board. They have various additional responsibilities and fulfil a vital role in the governance and management of the Entity.

Managing Director

Responsible for executing all the administrative and economic tasks and procedures necessary for the EUC to operate efficiently and effectively.

Management Team

MN Legal are contracted to provide all the administrative and management services to the EUC under guidance from the Board.

What are the operational goals of the board?

EUC Mission and Purpose

To conserve, administer and maintain the urbanisation, infrastructure, and services of La Peraleja in accordance with the laws of Urban Planning and our Articles of Association.
